A rounded V-neck and flouncy collar, feminine flutter sleeves, deco style belt buckle and horizontal zig-zag cuts make all your dreams of 1930's elegance come true. There's no seam in the waistline making it flattering whether you have a long or short torso. Mark your waist with the matching belt for a sleek 1930's look or ditch the belt and you're a 1920s flapper girl. The belt loops are only meant to keep the belt in place when displayed so we recommend cutting them off and placing the belt where it feels comfortable for you. The side seams hide two practical pockets and the dress is closed by a zipper in the back.
