CUSTOMERS IN THE EU AND NORTHERN IRELAND
Due to the new GPSR guidelines coming into effect on 13th December 2024 we will no longer be posting online orders to the EU or Northern Ireland.
There will be no option for EU shipping as from Monday 9th December. We are devastated at this decision, as we have so many valued customers from the EU and we always aim to share the Vintage Quine experience with all far and wide. Unfortunately as a small business the costs that are involved in maintaining EU and NI shipping are not feasible. We hope this changes in the future but at the moment we have to say goodbye to our EU customers and hope you can visit us in person very soon.

Returns Info
Returns are accepted on Vintage Inspired only and must be in original packaging with tags on. Please fill in the form below with your order number and details of what you are returning and we will be happy to arrange an exchange or a refund.
Items should be returned to us within 7 days of receiving, and postage is at the expense of the customer. When we receive your item we can process a refund for the item only, or if you want to exchange for another item we will send an invoice for the difference in cost and also additional postage.
We understand that this can add up to a lot in postage, we are a small business though and can’t offer any free postage options unless there is an error or a fault with the item we have sent.
We cannot accept returns on True Vintage and Preloved items as all quality specifications and full measurements are provided in the listing, and we always urge you to contact us with any questions you have before you purchase.
Sale items are non-refundable, but can be returned for a credit note if received within 10 days of purchase. We cannot reimburse for return postage unfortunately, but items can be returned for free to our shop in Falkland.
