CUSTOMERS IN THE uNITED STATES

Due to recent changes in tariffs and shipping regulations, we are unfortunately no longer able to offer shipping to the United States. A new US Executive Order has eliminated the long-standing "de minimis" exemption, which previously allowed many low-value parcels to enter the country duty-free. This change, which is set to take effect on August 29, 2025, means that all packages, regardless of value, will be subject to additional fees and charges. For many shipments sent through the international postal system, a flat rate of up to $80 per parcel will be applied, which makes it financially unviable for us to continue serving our US customers and we do not wish to pass those charges on to you. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

Hoping for a future where we can ship to you again, we're so sorry to say goodbye to our US customers for now. We truly hope to see you in person soon!

CUSTOMERS IN THE EU AND NORTHERN IRELAND

Please be advised that due to the implementation of the new EU General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) on December 13th, 2024, we are no longer able to ship online orders to the EU and Northern Ireland. This regulation requires all businesses selling products into these regions to have a designated "Responsible Person" within the EU/NI to handle product safety and compliance. For a small business like ours, the extensive documentation, labelling requirements, and the significant cost of appointing a representative make it financially and logistically unviable to continue serving our valued customers in these areas. We are devastated at this decision, as we have so many valued customers from the EU and we always aim to share the Vintage Quine experience with all far and wide.

We hope this changes in the future but at the moment we have to say goodbye to our EU customers and hope you can visit us in person very soon.

Returns Info

Returns are accepted on Vintage Inspired only and must be in original packaging with tags on. Please fill in the form below with your order number and details of what you are returning and we will be happy to arrange an exchange or a refund.

Items should be returned to us within 7 days of receiving, and postage is at the expense of the customer. When we receive your item we can process a refund for the item only, or if you want to exchange for another item we will send an invoice for the difference in cost and also additional postage.

We understand that this can add up to a lot in postage, we are a small business though and can’t offer any free postage options unless there is an error or a fault with the item we have sent.

We cannot accept returns on True Vintage and Preloved items as all quality specifications and full measurements are provided in the listing, and we always urge you to contact us with any questions you have before you purchase.

Sale items are non-refundable, but can be returned for a credit note if received within 10 days of purchase. We cannot reimburse for return postage unfortunately, but items can be returned for free to our shop in Falkland.
