Beautiful frilly wrap dress in our rose printed soft cotton voile. The dress has a frill at the chest and hem, and ties to fit at the side. Unlined. The width is adjustable because of the ties, but depending on the length, it can be worn as a below the knee dress, a shorter dress or a top. 100% Cotton, machine wash at 40 degrees.
